Business Analyst - Life Insurance


As part of a major transformation program within a leading insurance company, we are looking for a Business Analyst to support life insurance migration and business change initiatives in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead business analysis activities related to life insurance policy migration projects
  • Analyze differences between source and target systems (products & processes)
  • Gather, define, and document business requirements
  • Assess impacts of migration on business processes
  • Act as a bridge between Business & IT teams
  • Prepare and execute functional and calculation tests
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular reporting
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (IT, Operations, Business, Distribution)
  • Build strong stakeholder relationships

Your Profile:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst
  • Strong experience in the life insurance sector (mandatory)
  • Solid knowledge of individual life insurance products & processes
  • Experience in migration projects (strong asset)
  • Autonomous, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills (Business & IT)
  • Fluent in French and English (mandatory)
  • Dutch is a plus
  • Degree in Mathematics or equivalent experience preferred

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with business/process analysis methodologies
  • Experience in complex transformation environments
  • Strong adaptability and priority management
